Challenge
Partners Personnel needed a comprehensive digital ecosystem: a B2B platform for corporate clients to manage temporary workforce and a mobile app for thousands of temporary workers. With 19,000+ active workers and 1,200+ weekly job openings, their existing tools couldn't handle the complexity of modern staffing operations.
What we did
We designed a comprehensive B2B dashboard for corporate clients to manage workforce planning, shift scheduling, worker communications, and performance tracking. The worker-facing mobile app prioritized simplicity and clarity: shift notifications, schedule management, and direct communication with managers.
Results
Staffing platform. 19,000+ active workers.Better communication, higher worker satisfaction, and stronger client relationships.
