Why Riotters
4 reasons
On our homepage we told you why we're different. Here's what that looks like in practice.
Design in the open
No big reveal after weeks of silence. Work in progress is shared regularly, and adjusted based on your input. Feedback usually happens on Slack, where it reaches the team directly.
Time zones? Handled
Most of our clients are in the US. We're in Central Europe. That gives us a full workday before you even open your laptop, plus 1-3 hours of overlap for calls and feedback. It's been working like this for years. If you're in Europe, even easier.
Clear money, no surprises
You'll know the scope, timeline, and investment before we start. No work begins without a signed agreement and deposit. No mysterious invoices halfway through. When scope changes, and it sometimes does, we talk about it first.
We do our homework
Before we touch a pixel, we study your product and your market. Sometimes that's a discovery workshop. Sometimes it's a deep dive into your existing data. Either way, we don't start designing until we understand what we're solving.
How we work
4 guidelines
Reasons are nice. Process is what you actually live with. Here’s how a project with us runs, day to day.
We start by listening
Every engagement begins with understanding your product, your goals, and your constraints. Sometimes that's a single call. Sometimes it's a workshop.
You see work before it's finished
We share progress regularly, not in one big reveal at the end. Whether it's a first concept, a rough storyboard, or a half-designed page.
We deliver in pieces, not packages
First approved? We move to the next while you review. This keeps momentum and avoids bottlenecks.
No disappearing acts
You'll always know where we are in the project, what's next, and if anything's changed.
