We designed an integrated ecosystem where complex enterprise functionality meets worker-friendly simplicity. Every feature was built to strengthen the connection between corporate clients and their temporary workforce, making staffing truly personal at scale.
The Challenge
Partners Personnel needed more than separate tools. They needed a unified ecosystem. Corporate clients were struggling with fragmented workforce management, while temporary workers had no streamlined way to access shifts, receive updates, or communicate with managers across different job sites.
The solution had to work for both office managers handling complex scheduling and frontline workers in warehouses and retail environments. Success meant designing enterprise-level complexity that felt simple for everyone involved.
Our Solution
We designed a comprehensive B2B dashboard for corporate clients to manage workforce planning, shift scheduling, worker communications, and performance tracking. Every feature focused on making temporary staffing more efficient and personal.
The worker-facing mobile app prioritized simplicity and clarity. Shift notifications, schedule management, and direct communication with managers, all designed for easy use during busy work environments. The result? Better communication, higher worker satisfaction, and stronger client relationships.
